Refund Policy

At Mova Studio, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or any signs of use.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@movastudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the return instructions.
  3. Ship the items using the address provided in the confirmation email.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and passes quality inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is released.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear and intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing or damage caused by the customer

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at support@movastudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or wrong items.
