Mova Studio ships worldwide, with priority delivery across Europe and competitive shipping rates globally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
Free Shipping Threshold
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over €39.99 EUR. Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this threshold and are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery Times
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Estimated times do not include order processing and may vary during peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your package directly on our store at /pages/track-order.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipping outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mova Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can ship it again — additional shipping costs apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, contact us at support@movastudio.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and update you within 48 hours.
