Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, contact us at support@movastudio.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and update you within 48 hours.

14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or any signs of use.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@movastudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the return instructions.
- Ship the items using the address provided in the confirmation email.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and passes quality inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is released.
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, swimwear and intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

- Items showing signs of wear, washing or damage caused by the customer
Defective or Wrong Items

Exchanges
